If you decide to cancel your order after you have paid, you can do so if the order hasn’t already been shipped. Please contact us immediately with your order number.

We are unable to cancel an order which is already in transit with the courier. However, You can return the goods after it is delivered to you.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately to update your address. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to reroute it and are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
