At Men’s Machines, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and obtaining refunds.
What is your Return policy?
Conditions for Return
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we only accept returns that are unopened and have intact packaging and tags. This is because we need to ensure that each product is brand new. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Once the package is opened, the products are considered used and therefore cannot be returned unless defective or not as described. However, if the item meets our return criteria, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s) to return them, and the return shipping is free.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a return. Common issues include missing parts, physical damage (cracks or dents), signs of wear (stains), or non-functional electronic devices.
Please take photographs of the defects or damages as evidence for your return request. Be careful not to cause any further damage to the item.
Item Not as Described
If the item you receive does not match the description (e.g., discrepancies in size, style, color, materials, or missing features), you are eligible for a return.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs: You are entitled to a free return within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Refund Process
Refund Timing: A full refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) and confirmed they meet our return conditions. The sooner you return the item(s), the sooner you will receive your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges: We do not support exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us:
- Email us at [email protected] with details about why you want to return the product.
- Confirm that you’ve received the goods.
- Express your intention to return them.
- Describe the reason for the return.
- Include any relevant photographs or evidence to support your claim. (regardless of whether the product is packed, damaged or not as described)
- Ensure that your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
3. Pack and Ship:
- Print out the shipping label provided within the dispute.
- Carefully pack the item, ensuring it is in perfect condition with all labels and original packaging intact.
- Attach the return label onto the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at the nearest post office or shipping provider.
- Retain the tracking number to refer back to if necessary.
4. Receive Your Refund:
Upon receiving the returned item and completing our inspection, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. You do not need to take any further action to receive the refund, and we will notify you of its status via email.
Refunds are generally prompt, but the processing time may vary depending on the seller’s handling time. If your refund is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you decide to cancel your order after you have paid, you can do so if the order hasn’t already been shipped. Please contact us immediately with your order number.
We are unable to cancel an order which is already in transit with the courier. However, You can return the goods after it is delivered to you.
